How To Root Samsung Galaxy Fame S6810 on JellyBean

Samsung Galaxy fame is quite a great entry level android device with some cool features.

This rooting method is for the JellyBean Firmware-4.1.2.

This tutorial uses Motochopper file released by Recognized XDA-Developers, djrbliss. The Motochopper file allowing Galaxy Fame S6810 users to root their devices easily.

Before Beginning:

• Download and install Samsung USB Drivers
• Now go to Settings-> Developer Options->Enable USB Debugging
• Download Root package-package.zip
• This method works both on Windows and Linux

Let's Begin:

• Connect your Galaxy Fame to PC via USB. Make sure USB Debugging is enabled.

 For Windows users;

• Extract the zip file downloaded. Locate the run.bat file present in it.
• Double click on file to run it. Follow the instructions on screen. After completing the rooting procedures, your device will boot into normal mode. 

For Linux users;

• Execute the run.sh file, and wait for process to finish.

Your Galaxy Fame is now rooted successfully. To verify use root checker app from play store.
