-Flash the appropriate zip via CWM Recovery

If you dont have CWM Recovery..!
-Rename stock Systemui.apk to Systemui.apk.bak
-Just extracted SystemUI.apk from your flashable zip and copy it to /system/app/ after rename SystemUI.odex.bak file as well.
-set permission R-W-R-R
-Then Reboot Device
