Go to settings from you app drawerThen go to P rivacy Section and scrolldown to Backup and Reset .
First take a backup then you canclick Factory data reset .
Factory Reset All Gionee Android Phones(From Recovery Menu) :-
Boot your device into recovery menuPress and hold Volume Up + Home button +Power together, till your device is boots torecovery mode.
Now from the main recovery menu go to –>> “ wipe data/factory reset ”. (Use volumekey to navigate)
Confirm the action and wait till yourdevice is restored and rebooted
