How to update Sony xperia mobile phone

Hi, i'am gone a show u how to update Sony mobile phone.

Why the update sony mobile phone?

• If the mobile phone hang
• if the mobile not start and restart
• if mobile lock and lock with gmail
• if mobile no power on etc.

Updating way:-

• download Sony PC compensation on your own PC
• install Sony PC compensation on your PC
• open PC compensation and click on start.
  
• You can see 4 menu choose  Phone/tablet software update and click on start.
• Click on repair my phone/tablet
• Another box appears click on another phone/tablet and click on next
• You see import information tick in the blank box and click on next.
  
• Click on continue to prepare.You warned to loos your personal data tick on the blank box and then next.
• Now preparing computer  for software update.Wait a few minut(it depending on your internet speed).
  
• Now you need usb cable,connect device direct to the pc with usb cable,do not transfer any data from pc to the another device then click on blank box and click on continue.
  
• You need your battery atlist 80% tick on blank box and click on next
• Now select your model from the given list and click on next
  
• Power off mobile phone press volume down(-) key and connect data cable
• install needed driver then update process start wait for finish it(finishing time depending on your internet speed)
• Click on next then finish

When finish remove usb cable and power on your device it will start...injoy

Note:-please remove your memory and sim otherwise your data will be lost of sim and memory.but your mobile data will be lost.
