1-You need to enable USB debugging mode which is deactivated by default. (you can skip it ) 2-Your lenovo vibe shot should have 70-80% charge remaining.

CWM recovery image by

CWMRecovery_v1_cm11.img3-
Flash recovery image via fastboot– put CWMRecovery_v1_cm11.img in the same folder as your fastboot program.
– turn your phone off. then press power button while holding the volume down to boot into bootloader. Select fastboot.
– run your fastboot program.
fastboot flash recovery CWMRecovery_v1_cm11.img4
-boot into recovery mode.– to boot into recovery mode. Turn off your phone. Press Power + Volume down buttons at the same time, then choose boot to recovery.
