Rooting voids device warranty. Do this at your own risk
Make sure you device is atleast 70% charged.
Backup all necessary information. Better to be safe than sorry

Let's Begin:

First you have to download Framaroot.apk file- link

Make sure you have enabled installation of apps from unknown sources. (Settings-->Security-->Unknown Sources)

Copy the downloaded file to your SD card. Better place it in root folder (its easy). it doesn't matter where you put it.

Use file manager ( like -ES file manager ) to navigate to the file location on android device and install the apk file.

After installation is complete , open the application.

Now , tap on "Legolas" and wait. After sometime, a success message will appear.

If you didn't get success message,try again and tap on "Aragorn"

Reboot your device after the message is displayed.

You have successfully rooted your Samsung Galaxy Core. Verify root access using root checker app.
